1.  All services offered through this platform are subject to a strict policy that prohibits returns and cancellations. Once a purchase is finalized, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2.  Payments are accepted only via UPI. You are responsible for paying the correct amount and for submitting an accurate UPI Transaction ID / UPI Ref Number / UTR through the form provided, so that we can verify your payment. Access to a course or Service will only be granted once your payment has been successfully verified.

3.  If you believe you have made a genuine payment that has not been verified or access has not been granted within a reasonable time, please contact us with your UPI Transaction ID / UPI Ref Number / UTR and we will look into it. This does not constitute a right to a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine payment or access issues.
